Support team

Serene is a dedicated vet assistant and receptionist and enjoys advocating for pet care management and welfare and be a voice for the animals. Has been in the veterinary and pet industry for 15 years  She was a Supervisor for a pet daycare and learnt a lot from dog behaviour, interaction, handling and has a special connection with them.  Every animal she encouters inspires a special drive and motivation to learn and grow. Serene is a foodie, loves travel and mahjong. She is currently owned by a wonderful rescue called Zeke who is the worlds coolest dog.
