🌡️ Contactless, drop off consults are still available to you as an option if you wish.
🌡️ Do not come to the clinic if you are displaying signs of upper respiratory tract infection (cough/cold/runny nose/sneezing/sore throat/loss of taste) and fever.
🌡️ Only one owner permitted in the consult room with your pet.
🌡️ Sign in to SAFE-ENTRY once you arrive at the clinic.
🌡️ All clients to wait outside and maintain a safe 1 metre distance to the person next to you.
🌡️ Have your temperature taken prior to entering the clinic.
🌡️ Always disinfect your hands (disinfectant available) prior to entering the clinic.
🌡️ When inside the consult room, maintain a safe 1 metre distance where possible.
Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease RHDV2
Due to the presence of RHDV2, aside from the clinic taking all necessary precautions, we would recommend the following for all rabbit owners:
🐇 Bringing your own towels for use in the consultation. Ensure these are towels that you would not mind soaking in 1:10 diluted bleach for 5 minutes immediately once you reach home.
🐇 Do not interact with other rabbit owners while waiting. Do not touch other rabbits and other rabbit carriers as well.
🐇Try to keep your distance from other rabbit owners and their pets as much as possible. Do not place rabbits of different households close to each other.
🐇 Please wash your hands thoroughly upon reaching home after the consult and before taking your pet out of their carrier.
